Mountainbike holiday and clinics - Mountainbike tours in the Axarquia

Our seven-day mountain bike holiday is for the avid and advanced mountainbiker. The rides are through the beautiful and rugged area of the Axarquia and have a progressive structure. For 5 consecutive days is an exercise of 45 to 65 km on the program, with an average positive altitude 1500 - 1750. Technique, strength, flexibility and endurance get full attention. The minimum number of participants is 2 and the maximum number of participants is 8.


                                                      Programme:

1st day: Arrival, introduction and discussion of the daily tours, joint meal.
2nd day: Frigiliana - Acebuchal - Casa de la Mina - Puerto Blanquillo, about 65 km, 1700 Hm.
3rd day: Nerja - Rio de la Miel - Hoya de Ramos - Cerro Gordo - La Herradura, about 55 km, 1200 Hm.
4th day: La Herradura - Peña Escrita - Rescate - Cerval camino del canal - La Herradura. ca 45 km, 1800 Hm.
5th day: La Herradura - Junto de los Rios - La Herradura, 60 km, 1400 Hm.
6th day: Torre del Mar - Velez Malaga -  Vinuela - Buda - Velez Malaga. ca 65 km, 1600 Hm.
7th day: breakfast together and departure.

* In July and August we offer an eight-day mountainbike altitude holiday in the Sierra Nevada and the Alpujaras. The program is available on request.
